Chinese Cupping
Included in this massage are stationary and /or flexible silicone cups that I actually massage with. Air manually squeezed out of cups create a suction action and when maneuvered skillfully "pull up'' the various layers of tissue in a controlled manner. Cups are skillfully maneuvered along tight muscles or all over the body. Results are similar to DEEP TISSUE techniques but without heavy downward pressure for greater comfort and less downtime. In addition, cups bring old stagnant blood and toxins to the surface to be flushed out. Lymph flow and circulation are increased helping with detoxification, improving skin tone and the improved appearance of cellulite and spider veins.
Pregnancy Massage
Massage during the months of pregnancy can be a wonderful therapy to soothe and ease the changes experienced on all levels of body, mind and emotions.
